Thoughts: Thor pursues Loki but ends up on Earth without his hammer or his memory.
He enlists a woman's help to find his powers and challenge Loki once more.
This film launches into the action and risks being confusing. The cast is decent, given it isn't particularly known, and there is no doubting the pace.
But the story itself isn't bad. I really think if this had a big budget and a couple of names it would have flown.
Instead, it ends up being a slip under the radar film that is pretty good throughout, once it calms down a little. Overall it all comes together well and even the unexplained use of California as a backdrop can be forgiven.
Of course, we have become familiar with the characters through a range of films but this is still worth finding.
